In arrogant state of affairs in the Senate this afternoon, Democrats shelled out taxpayer dollars to buy the 60th vote they needed to start debate on the healthcare legislation. 300 Million dollars went to Senator Mary Landrieu's state to buy her vote for healthcare. Adding insult to injury, Landrieu actually admitted on the Senate floor this that it was the money going to her state that decided her vote.
